Today I want to talk to you about finding the right coach. Finding a coach that’s right for you. But first, we have to agree that the coach is – important.
I have people ask me sometimes: “ Do I need a coach?”, or – “Why do I need a coach?”
And my answer is generally – “Well, you don’t need a coach, but why wouldn’t you want a coach?”
When you look at athletes: professional golfers, professional tennis players, basketball players, football players they all have coaches.
If you want to be the best you can be, if you want to be epic, if you want to build an epic business, then you’re going to have a coach.
Another question I would say to you is – “What if you don’t get a coach and your competitors do get a coach?
They’re going to have a leg up on you, they’re going to have an advantage, and they’re going to be pushing forward at a faster rate than you are. I’m not sure that that’s a great recipe for Success.”
