Last week at our membership monthly meeting, we had a great conversation on this topic, which led to some ideas about how to change your behavior when dealing with customers, when dealing with employees, when dealing with just each other.

This is about communication style. We came up with some good ideas about how to approach things.

So on this axis, we have respect for others, and on this axis, we have respect for ourselves. We’ve got it divided just into low and high.

If you’re in this box, if you’re coming from a point of I’m not okay, you’re not okay, then that’s a bit of a pity party. We really just never want to be there.
