Recently I was asked to speak on the topic of “How do you build a sales funnel”? This got me thinking about working with my clients and clients in general.
There are steps that people need to go through. So, there are five things that I see people do wrong.
The first one is not having a sales process. Just going out and selling that may work for a very limited number of people.
Probably, less than a tenth of one percent of people can actually make that work, or at least perform at the highest level.
It just doesn’t work for most people and it certainly doesn’t work for newer salespeople.
