Would you like know how to set yourself up for a fantastic 2022?
Here’s an exercise that I learned from a Taki Moore. I’m not sure where he learned it, but it’s a great exercise to set you up for whatever is next. It’s called Forward Focused Reflection.
All you have to do is answer 5 questions.
1) What have been your wins in the last year?
2) What have been your challenges in the past year?
3) With wins and challenges come learnings. So have you learned in this past year?
4) What is incomplete? What are the projects that you’re working on now that are important to be part of your plans for 2022?
5) So the fifth and final part of this is: What are your aspirations for 2022? What is it that you hope to achieve? What are your goals?
Here’s the final and most important key: You must write all of this down. If it is not written, it is not real.
Enjoy the learning, have a great Holiday, and …
All the best to you in 2022.
