Hey there, hope you’re having a fantastic week. I had a couple of interesting things happen last week, and I thought I’d share them with you.
So the first was, that I was listening to a Brad Sugars podcast, and he had a guest, Alan Mills.
I’ve always heard that “Cash is king”, and I’ve always believed it in my own business, and paying attention to cash flow is the thing.
He had a better way of saying it: “Sales or revenues is vanity, profit is sanity, and cash flow is king”. So let me take you through the scenario and let me show you how I believe it should be handled.
