Hey there! In this week’s video, I am going to be talking to you about simplicity. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about: how to make my life easier, how to make my client’s life easier, and how to make your life easier.
So, one of the keys, that I’ve come up with is – systematic systemization. I think the more systemized you are, the more simple you can run your life, run your business, and run your family.
Let me give you an example. I used to do these videos this way. I’d had a camera, I had a person, I’d do a video. The video had to be edited, then it needed to be uploaded to Youtube.
Sometimes we had to put captions on it…the whole thing. And only then we could put it out to the world.
All simplification is – is removing a step in the process. The process has to have a system, then you can begin to improve your system.
So, that was my old system. My new system is – let’s just film something real quick on my phone. You can upload it directly from the phone to Youtube.
The video is finished, it doesn’t take any editing. By doing this, I have eliminated a lot of time and at least one step from the process.
Here’s my challenge to you – for the rest of your week. Take a look at something you’re doing now. I want you to find just one thing, or one step that you can eliminate/move/shorten or anything to make your system better.
