Hey there. I hope you’re having a fantastic week. I want to talk a little bit about planning. I found that people do a better job planning their vacations than, they do business plans.
But let’s say you want to plan your vacation. What do you do? How do you do it? Because it’s going to apply to business too. So the first thing you do is to book a date on the calendar.
The second thing is you actually do some planning to figure out what you want to do. You need to actually pay money. Make a reservation. Take your credit card, get it out, pay some money, and commit to making it happen.
And the third thing is you keep tweaking the plan. You keep talking about it, you get excited, you rev up the whole family. You get other people involved so, that everybody is all in on the vacation. That makes your vacation happen.
Well, how does that apply to business? Well, you decide what you want. You make a plan, you commit to the plan. Sometimes that requires an investment and then, you execute the plan. You get other people involved, you get them fired up, you get ’em going. You see how it works. It all works the same.
